Starter body

 "Go inside and bring us some drinks, sweetie," Mark said.
"Sure," Sarah said, still not used to her new bimbo voice or her new body. She reached up to adjust the dress, which was extraordinarily tight around her exceedingly large chest. Only when she saw Mark's business associated leering at her did she drop her hand and quickly make her way back inside.
Mark was a billionaire who had married Katie, the original inhabitant of Sarah's new body, a year ago. But he'd gotten tired of her demands. Her curiosity about his business. Her opinions. Divorcing her would have been ugly so Mark had settled for another option: swapping her into the body of a more compliant woman.
Katie fought, of course, but she was no match for Mark's security goons.
The new Katie had escaped hard circumstances and was much more compliant and easily led. She knew if she asked questions she'd be back out on the street and in her own old, used-up body. Or…somehow…worse.
All she had to do for the rest of her life was look pretty. She'd now been given a phenomenal starter body but it took a lot of upkeep. Dieting. Exercise. Hair. Makeup. She was expected to look perfect at all times.
And to provide sex whenever and however Mark wanted it. Katie didn't know it yet but even her new body had a 'use by' date, according to Mark. As soon as it aged out he'd be on to the next one. And if she was good, Katie's mind would be permitted to come along for the ride.
